- In Systems Management at Kyndryl, you will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' IT infrastructure.

Qualifikationen
- A solid understanding of operating systems (such as Windows, Linux, or Unix), networks, and software systems.
- Familiarity with cyber security, incident response, security operations, vulnerability management, IT security architecture, risk management, cyber threat hunting, and cyber security standards.
- Expertise in data warehousing, database administration and design, data quality, data modeling, data architecture, and various programming languages.
- Proficient knowledge of network routing and switching, network troubleshooting, engineering and infrastructure, load balancing, and virtual private networks.
- Installation, configuration, administration, patching, and upgrading of WebSphere environments.
- Deployment and support of Java/Jakarta EE applications, including EAR, WAR, and JAR packages.
- Fluent English and German skills.
- Configuration of application servers and profiles, cells, nodes, clusters, and Deployment Manager, JDBC data sources and connection pools, JMS resources, queues, and messaging engines, JNDI, security roles, and shared libraries, HTTP servers and WebSphere plug-ins.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience in system management, network administration, and technical support.
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server, particularly Traditional WebSphere and preferably WebSphere Liberty.
- Experience with IBM Installation Manager, fix packs, interim fixes, and version migrations.

- As this role is dedicated to supporting our customers in Austria a valid work permission is a prerequisite for this opportunity.
