In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die IT-Betriebsführung für 120 Nutzer, verbesserst Microsoft 365-Environments, implementierst Sicherheitsprotokolle und unterstützt die Anwender bei der Geräte- und Softwareeinrichtung.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Own day-to-day IT operations for roughly 120 users/endpoints across our local site(s): Microsoft 365, endpoints, and office network infrastructure.
- Administer and continuously improve our Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
- Implement security best practices: MFA/Conditional Access, least privilege, endpoint hardening, patching, and access reviews.
- Handle incidents and service requests efficiently: triage, troubleshooting, documentation, and follow-up to prevent recurrence.
- Roll out and maintain tools and applications, including SaaS tools (packaging, deployment, updates, licensing, access management).
- Support users with device and software setup (primarily Windows 11; also macOS/Linux as needed).
- Occasionally disassemble/reassemble devices for upgrades and repairs.
- Collaborate closely with the central IT team on purchasing, standards, and platform changes.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Relevant education in the field or equivalent hands-on experience, e.g. Microsoft certifications.
Qualifikationen
- Solid Windows client administration skills.
- Comfortable with scripting/automation.
- PowerShell and/or Bash/Python are a plus.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals such as DNS/DHCP, VLAN/Wi-Fi, VPN/firewalls basics.
- Structured, reliable, and service-oriented mentality as well as being able to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Written and spoken language skills in English and German.
- Familiarity with tools like 1Password, Slack, YouTrack, and Claude (or comparable alternatives) is nice to have.
- Interest in e-mobility and battery technology is nice to have.
Erfahrung
- 3+ years of IT administration experience with a strong focus on end-user support.
- Experience with macOS and Linux is a plus.
- Interest and experience in modern automation and AI-assisted IT tooling.
- Experience with identity and access governance and security operations is nice to have.
- Experience with blue teaming / SOC environments and tooling, e.g. FleetDM, Wazuh, Greenbone is nice to have.
