In dieser Rolle führst du ein Team von Data Analysts, förderst deren Entwicklung und setzt effektive Business Intelligence-Lösungen um, während du eng mit Stakeholdern und Data Engineers zusammenarbeitest.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Leadership, mentoring and development of a high-performing team of Data Analysts, including goal setting, delivery of impactful BI solutions and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and coordination with stakeholders, Product Managers and Data Engineers to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions with measurable business value in sports betting.
- Fostering a collaborative and innovative culture within multicultural, cross-functional agile teams.
- Translation of complex business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Ownership and continuous development of ADMIRAL's data landscape, including semantic modeling, governance and self-service analytic.

Ausbildung
- Completed higher education (FH, university degree, or equivalent) in a relevant field.
Qualifikationen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive business value and continuous improvement.
Erfahrung
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience combined with hands-on expertise in Business Intelligence within agile organizations.
- Professional experience in the sports betting industry and a strong understanding of sports betting products, markets, and customer behavior.
Unser Angebot
- The minimum annual gross salary for this full-time role is € 80.000 gross/year.
- Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are prepared to offer a competitive overpayment.
