Deine Rolle im Team
- We are looking for a motivated Business QA Analyst with a strong focus on test automation and AI-driven quality assurance for our sports betting products.
- As a QA Analyst, you will be part of an international team responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
- In addition to traditional testing, you will play a key role in building and maintaining automated test solutions and leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency, coverage, and defect detection.
- You will also contribute to planning and documenting QA activities, including defining and executing test strategies across various projects in an agile environment.
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and management teams across multiple locations worldwide on development of our sports betting platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, and cross-browser testing.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to generate test cases, analyze results, detect anomalies, and improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Manage defect tracking from identification through replication, documentation, and regression testing.
- Continuously improve QA processes by introducing automation and AI-driven approaches.
- Support test planning and documentation while driving the shift toward more automated and intelligent testing practices.

Qualifikationen
- Strong interest in and passion for Sports and e-Sports will be an advantage.
- Ambitious, proactive, and ready to deliver results.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with creative problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
Erfahrung
- Solid experience in a QA role with a strong focus on behaviour driven development and automation.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
- Experience or strong interest in using AI tools to support testing activities (test generation, result analysis, defect prediction, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional, international teams.
- Considered a Plus: Experience in the sports betting industry, experience with agile methodologies, ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications, experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests, knowledge of scripting/programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript).
