Deine Rolle im Team
- The Senior Expert SuccessFactors - Employee Central is the HR functional owner for our key SAP SuccessFactors modules and processes around Employee Central including Org Management and other related modules such as Time Management.
- The role also drives the end-to-end HR solution design, governance, and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, ensuring scalable, compliant, and business-driven solutions.
- Working closely with Digital & Technology (D&T) and external partners, the role translates HR requirements into system capabilities, oversees integrations, and ensures high-quality HR master data.
- This position is part of the Solutions business (Solco) within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH).
- Own and drive the HR systems roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Time Management, including key integrations such as Payroll.
- Lead end-to-end HR requirements management, solution design, and continuous process optimization.
- Partner with D&T teams and external vendors to implement system enhancements, releases, new modules, and integrations.
- Govern organizational management, HR master data, and data quality within Employee Central.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact, ensuring alignment with global HR standards, system architecture, and training governance.
- Serve as the senior HR functional expert, leading testing and deployment activities while providing backup support for LMS, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance & Development.

Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of HR master data, organizational management, integrations, and Payroll interfaces.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and project leadership skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for data quality, standardization, and digital HR.
- Business fluent in English.
Erfahrung
- 5-10 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management in a global environment.
- Proven experience delivering global HRIS projects and driving continuous system improvements.

- Salary range depending on qualification for AT: 72.000 EUR - 90.000 EUR base/year/gross.
- Salary range depending on qualification for NL: 71.500 EUR - 95.500 EUR base/year/gross.
- Lead and shape global E-2-E SAP SuccessFactors processes, driving continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives.
- Be part of exciting carve-out activities to make the SAP SF environment stand-alone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design scalable, compliant, and efficient SuccessFactors solutions.
- Own strategic roadmap development, governance, and optimization of EC and Org Management, with direct impact on workforce management and organizational effectiveness.
