In dieser Position stellst du den stabilen Betrieb der GlobalX Data Exchange Lösung sicher, optimierst Systeme und übernimmst 2nd-Level-Support sowie die Kommunikation mit Projektmanagern und Fachabteilungen.

- Ensure stable and high-performance operation of our GlobalX Data Exchange Solution.
- Independently analyze and resolve issues while continuously optimizing systems.
- End-to-end responsibility for our global service.
- Provide 2nd-level support and proactive problem-solving.
- Act as a contact person for project managers and departments on IT-related topics.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Completed education (HTL, FH, University) with a focus on Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification.
Qualifikationen
- Strong communications skills in German and English.
- High reliability, independent and structured working style, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of handling 3D data models.
- Strong problem-solving competence and professional demeanor.
Erfahrung
- Several years of professional experience as an IT Administrator (m/w/x) or in a similar role.
- Experience with Teamcenter or comparable PLM Systems.
- Experience in process automation and performance tuning.
Unser Angebot
- The minimum salary is € 3,228,-- gross/month; depending on the specific professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
