Deine Rolle im Team
- Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources, with a strong focus on B2B revenue streams.
- Ensure high data quality, consistency, and integrity across controlling reports and analyses.
- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau and/or Power BI for various stakeholders.
- Analyze B2B revenue performance against budget, identifying trends, deviations, and optimization potential.
- Support sales operations through forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis, sales coverage models, and territory planning.
- Monitor sales target achievement and provide actionable insights to sales and controlling stakeholders.
- Drive automation and standardization of controlling processes using tools such as Power Query and SQL.
- Manage and optimize data structures and financial databases to improve performance and scalability.
- Lead B2B budgeting and forecasting activities and contribute to group-wide planning processes, including cost center planning and board-level presentations.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Completed education in business informatics, finance, controlling, data analytics, or a comparable field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect financial data, business context, and strategic implications.
- Good working knowledge of SQL and an interest in data modeling and automation.
- Structured, independent, and proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership.
- Clear and confident communication skills, able to translate data into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Erfahrung
- At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Excellent Excel skills and solid experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
