    In dieser Position übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Beziehungen zu internationalen Kunden, managst Programme, koordinierst Projekte und garantierst deren langfristigen Erfolg durch strategische Partnerschaften und aktive Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams.

    Deine Rolle im Team

    • You ensure that our international customers achieve long-term success with MIC by taking ownership of customer relationships, managing programs and coordinating projects, and acting as the central link between customers and internal teams across the entire customer journey.
    • Proactive management and strategic development of existing customer relationships.
    • Managing customer programs and coordinating multiple customer projects.
    • Building strategic long-term partnerships with international customers.
    • Conducting service reviews as well as customer steering and management meetings.
    • Acting as the primary contact for escalations and coordinating structured internal resolution.
    • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Product Owners, Product Streams).
    • Active ownership of budget management as well as execution and monitoring of billing and invoicing processes.

    Unsere Erwartungen an dich

    Ausbildung

    • Completed education in business, IT or a related field and experience in project or program management, ideally in an IT or software environment.

    Qualifikationen

    • Strong communication skills and a structured, hands-on working style.
    • Good technical understanding (e.g. databases & software environments).
    • Proficient in English & German (written & spoken).
    • Team player with a learning mindset.

    Unser Angebot

    • We offer a minimum salary of € 56.000,- gross/year on a fulltime base.
    • We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
