Deine Rolle im Team
- In your role as AI Transformation Manager, you will identify and implement AI-driven opportunities that improve business performance, productivity, and operational excellence across AT&S.
- You will collaborate with business, IT, and data experts to translate AI potential into measurable business value.
- Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across the organization.
- Drive AI-enabled process improvements and workflow optimization.
- Develop business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans for AI initiatives.
- Coordinate AI projects with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Support change management, training, and user adoption of AI solutions.
- Establish AI governance standards and ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Monitor performance, track benefits, and identify further optimization opportunities.
- Advise management on AI trends, opportunities, and strategic priorities.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Process Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear business recommendations.
- Structured working style with high attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Erfahrung
- Experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, or process improvement projects.
- Proven experience in project, transformation, or business analytics roles.
