Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position leitest du interne und externe Audits, bereitest die Dokumentation vor und interpretierst regulatorische Anforderungen, um diese in technischen Teams umzusetzen. Du arbeitest eng mit Stakeholdern zusammen.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead external and internal audits, including preparation, documentation, interviews, and explanation of technical implementations.
- Review audit reports, address findings, and coordinate corrective actions with development teams.
- Interpret regulatory requirements and communicate them clearly to technical teams for implementation.
- Work with legal and compliance stakeholders to clarify regulatory questions and ensure alignment.
- Guide the technical implementation of approved solutions and verify compliance before sign-off.
- Prepare and maintain audit-relevant documentation (e.g., evidence, technical descriptions, license submissions).
- Support investigations and problem-solving on compliance issues, offering clear and concise explanations.
- Keep stakeholders up to date on status, risks, and progress throughout audit and implementation processes.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- University degree and 5+ years of experience in a related technical, regulatory, or audit role.
Qualifikationen
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex documents, policies, and standards.
- Solid understanding of product development practices and agile methodologies.
- Technically literate, with the ability to discuss system concepts, integrations, or platform architecture.
- Familiarity with security audits, regulatory reporting, QA testing, risk assessments, or technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of translating complex technical matters for legal, business, and IT audiences.
- Proficiency in German is a plus.
- Structured, reliable, and proactive with strong time management and a high sense of ownership.
Erfahrung
- Experience driving requirements and coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholder groups.
