- Take the lead in shaping innovative development projects in the off-highway sector.
- As a Project Manager, you own projects from concept to delivery, ensuring scope, schedules, budgets, and quality targets are achieved.
- Working at the intersection of customers, engineering teams, and international partners, you turn complex technical requirements into clear project strategies and tangible results.
- Supported by experienced experts, you coordinate cross-functional collaboration, manage challenges proactively, and contribute to the successful realization of cutting-edge solutions.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and cost within development projects.
- Drive comprehensive and professional project planning, setup, tracking, and steering.
- Develop work breakdown structures, effort estimations, and resource plans in cooperation with technical leads.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with international partners and suppliers.
- Translate technical challenges into structured execution plans and decisions.
- Monitor progress, identify and manage risks proactively, and ensure transparent reporting to stakeholders.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field (TU/FH or equivalent).
Qualifikationen
- Solid project management knowledge (planning, risk, and stakeholder management).
- PMP, PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
- Technical understanding of software and electronics development.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Very good communication skills in English.
Erfahrung
- Experience in project coordination or project management within development projects (off-highway, automotive, embedded systems, or similar industries).
- Experience with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

- Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
