Deine Rolle im Team
- The Solution Architect drives and leads the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end solutions across multiple products and teams.
- In the Agile Delivery Client Coverage, we are responsible for a range of customer masterdata solutions for clients.
- You act as a crucial bridge between different technologies as well as between technology and business by transforming complex requirements into efficient, scalable, and modern solutions.
- This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on implementation to transform and future-proof the technical environment and landscape.
- Lead the transformation of existing infrastructure and systems by implementing cutting-edge technologies to improve our operations.
- Create concepts, visualizations, and designs for E2E solutions in both legacy and new technologies, with a focus on resilience, performance, and security.
- Promote collaboration and consensus among various stakeholders by negotiating and advocating for solutions that align with our strategic goals.
- Ensure the successful introduction of new systems and technologies.
- Create a vision together with management and act as a sparring partner in transforming the area and driving technology renewal.

Qualifikationen
- Solid foundation in information technology, software development, system architecture, and IT infrastructure management.
- Motivation to continuously learn and work at a strategic level.
- Highly customer-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams and ability to drive change and innovation.
- Proven negotiation and communication skills in English, German language skills are a plus.
Erfahrung
- Professional experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with various AI tools or LLMs in a work context.
- Experience in a financial institution is an advantage.
