Deine Rolle im Team
- Serve as primary IT support contact for Boston and Vienna offices.
- Prioritize and manage multiple requests.
- Handle device provisioning and user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding).
- Ensure reliable operation of Google Workspace and macOS environments across the company.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues across company devices.
- Own Ketryx internal IT support channel.
- Support security & compliance initiatives.

Qualifikationen
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and macOS.
- Clear communication skills with non-technical users.
- Documentation skills for creating user guides and procedures.
- Solid understanding of networks, security, and device management.
- Fluency in English.
- Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.
- Patience when explaining complex concepts.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Proactive approach to identifying potential issues.
Erfahrung
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support or similar roles.
- Experience with identity management/SSO systems.
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Experience with backup and recovery procedures.
