Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead the implementations and rollouts of services across Red Bull and its subsidiaries.
- Deliver projects based on Red Bull project management standards and principles.
- Collaborate closely with external vendors, internal teams such as architecture, and business partners.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and test management activities.
- Drive roadmaps and solutions to the company’s benefit.
- Partner with IT and Sales teams, understand business processes, gather and challenge requirements and translate them into technical concepts.
- Create solutions based on best-in-class technologies that fit to purpose.
- Drive cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with internal standards and compliance requirements - including data integration, IT controlling, sales controlling, and data quality governance.
- Plan and manage the effective allocation of budget resources to specific market requirements.
- Take full ownership of specific IT services throughout their entire lifecycle - from design and implementation to continuous improvement and support.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
Qualifikationen
- Strong expertise in SAP BW/BI/BW/4HANA.
- Good understanding of sales performance analytics, customer insights, and integration of external data sources (e.g. FMCG tools, devices).
- Exposure to modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is considered a plus.
- Travel 10-20%.
Erfahrung
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics.
- Fluency in English; experience in an international environment is a plus.
- Practical experience in business and IT processes, reporting, and working with complex data sets.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with solid project management experience and the ability to manage stakeholders across business and IT in fast-paced environments.
Unser Angebot
- Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.362 gross per month.
- However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
