Job Zusammenfassung
Du unterstützt Projekte, indem du Anforderungen von Betreibern in technische Vorgaben umsetzt, die Schnittstellen zwischen der Fahrzeugtechnik und externen Partnern koordinierst und die Einhaltung der Systemgrenzen sicherstellst.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Support R&D, bids and projects with a system-level operational perspective.
- Translate operator requirements, constraints and practices into engineering and design input.
- Contribute to assess impact of operational concepts on vehicle design.
- Act as Rolling Stock Interface Manager in bids and projects.
- Coordinate the technical interface clarifications between Rolling Stock and external interface partners.
- Ensure alignment of system boundaries, functionalities and responsibilities.
- Coordinate with customers, operators and partners to ensure end-to-end system performance.
- Identify issues and conflicts relating to external interfaces which could affect the project execution.
- Verify coherence of schedule links between ME EN activities with EN activities of interface partners.
- Act as the first escalation level for deviations regarding schedule & scope, and ensure resolution.
- In coordination with PM & contract manager: negotiate and resolve contractual conflicts and deviations.
- Coordinate and support verification & validation activities related to external interfaces.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Deep understanding of dependencies between Rolling Stock and external systems.
- Strong knowledge of metro operations concepts (GoA2 / GoA4 environments).
- Ability to translate between operations, engineering and project management perspectives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
Erfahrung
- Extensive experience in metro operations or operator-side system integration.
- Proven experience in managing complex technical interfaces across organisational boundaries.
