Deine Rolle im Team
- You operate and manage applications within the corporate environment.
- You keep an eye on systems and interfaces and step in quickly when something's off.
- You analyze technical issues, provide long-term solutions and ensure efficient operational processes.
- You handle 3rd-level tickets as part of incident and problem management.
- You serve as the technical point of contact for the applications and services assigned to you.
- You are responsible for the effective implementation of operational processes.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- A completed technical education (e.g., HTL, university of applied sciences, university).
Qualifikationen
- Knowledge of SQL, particularly with Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with Shell or Perl scripting.
- ITIL knowledge is a plus.
- Good English skills, German is an advantage.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties.
Erfahrung
- Experience with Linux-based systems.
