- Our iGaming team designs, develops, and delivers high-quality casino games enjoyed by players around the world.
- From concept to launch, we focus on creating engaging, visually rich, and technically robust gaming experiences across multiple platforms.
- Based in our Bremen or Vienna office, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with experienced engineers, designers, and product leaders, contribute to key technical and creative decisions, and directly impact the evolution of our growing games portfolio.

Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Proven track record of shipped titles.
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, player motivation, and engagement loops.
- Solid knowledge of RTP, volatility models, and math-driven design principles.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.
- Familiarity with regulated markets and certification processes is nice to have.
- Basic understanding of game engines (e.g. pixi.js, 2D engine) is nice to have.
- Passion for Sports industry is nice to have.
Erfahrung
- 5+ years of experience in game design (preferably with iGaming, real-money gaming).
- Experience working with KPIs (retention, monetization, LTV, conversion).
- Experience writing clear and structured GDDs.
- Experience designing live betting products, slot games or live casino products is nice to have.
- Experience with A/B testing and live game optimization is nice to have.
