Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position koordinierst du eigenverantwortlich nationale und internationale IT-Projekte und bist für die Planung, Umsetzung und das Risikomanagement während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus verantwortlich.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Independently coordinate and manage national and international IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement digitalization and transformation projects in close collaboration with internal business units and external partners.
- Support the management of project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality.
- Facilitate workshops, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure transparent project communication.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.

Ausbildung
- Completed education in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a related field (university degree, university of applied sciences degree, or HTL qualification with relevant professional experience).
Qualifikationen
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
Erfahrung
- Initial experience in managing or coordinating IT projects, ideally in an international industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience with both traditional and agile project management approaches.
