Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position koordinierst du Projekte von der Planung bis zur Qualitätssicherung, moderierst Workshops, kommunizierst mit Kunden und gewährleistest die termingerechte Lieferung innerhalb des Budgets.
Deine Rolle im Team
- You will be responsible for managing projects from implementation, design and coordination through to quality assurance of the delivery packages and ongoing customer support, ensuring that the projects runs smoothly.
- You manage the entire roadmap in time, quality and budget across the whole project lifecycle.
- You are responsible for project agendas in the classic as well as agile environment.
- You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the project team and moderating workshops and meetings.
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and enjoy communicating and advising them as well as preparing and moderating customer workshops and meetings.
- You monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- You mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope.
- You have a good insight into the architecture and functionalities of the software and can provide our customers with targeted advice and active technical support.

- You are Fluent in German and English
- Certifications in project management standards (e.g. IPMA, PMI, Scrum) is a plus.
Erfahrung
- Several years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Knowledge in the application of classical as well as agile process models and methods and willingness to build up experience.
- Experience with requirements engineering.
