Deine Rolle im Team
- Team leadership: lead and inspire a highly talented team of software developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- AI integration and supporting Product Management: work closely with product management and guide the integration of AI technologies into our platform, ensuring the delivery of real value to our customers.
- Technical strategy: actively shape and oversee the technical roadmap to ensure our platform is scalable, secure, and future-ready.
- Process optimization: streamline development workflows, implement best practices, and elevate existing agile methodologies.
- Collaboration: work closely with the CTO, product managers, internal stakeholders and key development partners (e.g. Microsoft) to deliver exceptional solutions for our customers.
- Facilitation and moderation: lead OKR planning sessions and demand backlog planning meetings to align team priorities with company objectives and maintain focus on key deliverables.
- Mentorship: support the team through coaching and targeted development to elevate technical expertise and skills.
- Hands-on contribution: be ready to dive into technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and provide insights when necessary.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Education: a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Qualifikationen
- Technical expertise: strong knowledge in modern technologies such as cloud architectures, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, and agile software development.
- Microsoft and Azure proficiency: thorough understanding of Microsoft technologies and Azure cloud solutions, including .NET, AI, infrastructure, DevOps practices, and scalability.
- Leadership skills: proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams while fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
- Communication: excellent ability to articulate technical and strategic concepts clearly and persuasively, both internally and externally. Excellent proficiency in English is essential; German language skills are a strong advantage.
- Strategic thinking: a talent for aligning long-term vision with operational requirements to drive innovative solutions.
- Personality: hands-on mentality, decisiveness, innovative thinking, inspirational leadership, and the ability to remain composed and solution-oriented in challenging situations.
Erfahrung
- Experience: at least 3 years of experience leading software development teams in a B2B & SaaS environment.
- Industry expertise: experience in the Legal or Healthcare industry is highly desirable.
