Deine Rolle im Team
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on QA Automation Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in test automation and experience in QA process development. You will take an active role in designing, implementing, and maintaining test automation solutions while contributing to the development and evolution of QA processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases for functional and regression testing
- Actively contribute to the development, improvement, and enforcement of QA processes, standards, and best practices
- Execute manual and automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and quality risks
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members
- Investigate test failures, report issues clearly, and support root cause analysis
- Ensure test coverage across different environments and deployment stages
- Maintain test documentation and provide regular quality status updates

Ausbildung
University degree in Computer Science
Qualifikationen
- Demonstrated experience in QA process development, including defining, improving, and maintaining testing workflows, standards, and best practices (2+years)
- Good working knowledge of Linux (user/command-line level)
- SQL knowledge for querying and validating data
- Experience with API testing, preferably using Postman
- Practical experience with defect tracking and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Solid understanding of software development and testing life cycles
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with AI/Robot Framework, Wireshark
- Scripting or programming experience (e.g. Python, Java, or similar)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Erfahrung
- 2+ years/ proven hands-on experience in test automation and quality assurance
