Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead and mentor a team of Appian developers, setting the technical direction and fostering continuous improvement.
- Define and enforce architecture and development standards in line with Appian best practices.
- Own technical design decisions for complex, enterprise-scale Appian applications.
- Estimate effort and plan delivery based on high-level business requirements.
- Drive CI/CD practices and release governance across the team.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Appian Certified Senior Developer.
- Strong SQL and relational data modeling skills (MySQL, Oracle, or similar).
- Comfortable presenting and justifying technical choices to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Agile work style & growth mindset: willing to learn, open to feedback, adaptable.
- Performance tuning of large SAIL UIs and monitoring stacks.
Erfahrung
- 5–7+ years of hands-on Appian development experience.
- 2+ years leading or mentoring Appian development teams.
- Proven experience integrating Appian with external systems via REST and SOAP web services.
- Experience designing scalable data models with Appian Records and Data Fabric.
- Nice-to-Have: Experience with AI services or decision engines related to Appian.
- Experience in banking or financial services projects.
- Experience with Appian plug-ins and customization beyond out-of-the-box capabilities.
