In dieser Rolle entwirfst du Lösungen für die SAP SuccessFactors Plattform, konfigurierst Module und unterstützt beim Datenmanagement in HR-IT Projekten. Zudem analysierst du technische Anforderungen und gestaltest die Systemarchitektur aktiv mit.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Ensuring the stable operation and continuous further development of the SAP SuccessFactors modules, including 2nd & 3rd level support.
- Design, configuration, and administration of the SuccessFactors platform, including Foundation and cross‑modular functions.
- Participation in group‑wide HR‑IT transformation projects, including data migration and integration of new solutions.
- Close collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders, as well as coordination of external implementation and service partners.
- Analysis of technical requirements, evaluation of new functionalities, and active contribution to the design of the HR system architecture.

Ausbildung
- Completed education (HTL, FH, university) in computer science, business informatics, human resources management or comparable experience.
Qualifikationen
- Analytical mindset, high willingness to learn, structured way of working, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong customer orientation and very good German and English skills; SAP SuccessFactors certification is an advantage.
Erfahrung
- At least 3.5 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP systems; basic knowledge of SAP HCM is an advantage.
- Ideally, experience with S/4HANA, BTP, IAS, Integration Suite or SAC as well as with large HR‑IT transformation projects.
