Deine Rolle im Team
- In this role we are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer, focused on supporting, maintaining and developing our Support teams ServiceNow instances.
- This includes intaking business requests from the Support team and a strong partnership with other business teams such as IT and service delivery.
- Develop, implement and maintain ServiceNow applications and related integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the business requirements.
- Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes.
- Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers.
- Design quality features and plan how the applications and solutions will evolve in the future (including Chatbot and AI concepts).
- Solve complex problems in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Have a strong focus on code quality, reusability, and maintainability.

Qualifikationen
- Expertise level of understanding ServiceNow Platform and its capabilities.
- Understanding of service-oriented architecture, software application architecture, and the ability to consult with end users about these topics.
- Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML).
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
- Understanding UX principles for conversational design.
- Result-oriented and good communication skills.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to work through problems.
- Being able to lead small project teams.
Erfahrung
- 4+ years' experience with ServiceNow app development.
- Experience with understanding business needs and how to standardize processes and solutions at a design level.
- Experience with web technologies JavaScript, ES5+, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SQL.
- Experience in AI Chatbot development (NLP, ML, LLM).
- Experience in one or more JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React.
- 3+ years of working experience with ServiceNow modules like Service Portal, CSM and ITSM.
