In dieser Position unterstützt du das Anwendungsteam bei der Überwachung und Betrieb der Software, erstellst SQL-Reports, führst Tests durch und löst gemeinsam mit Nutzern aufkommende Issues.

- Support in creating reports (SQL).
- Assist with software testing and quality assurance activities.
- Support the users in solving issues and work with the team on their requests.
- Assist the team in an upcoming migration project.

Ausbildung
- Enrollment in a university program such as IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Fluency in English and at least B2 level German proficiency, as some tasks require reading and speaking German.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, especially for troubleshooting and testing.
- Proactive and communicative attitude to be in contact with our users/stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and think outside of the box to challenge certain processes.
