- In your role as a Specialist OT RUN, you ensure the stable and efficient operation of OT systems, infrastructure, and applications in line with defined service level agreements.
- You act as a key point of contact for end users, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of system performance.
- By collaborating with internal stakeholders and supporting IT projects, you contribute to maintaining high system availability, security, and user satisfaction.
- Act as first point of contact for IT-related requests (ServiceNow tickets, phone, email).
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents related to OT systems, networks, and applications.
- Prioritize, manage, and escalate service requests according to defined procedures.
- Support infrastructure and application-related IT projects.
- Administer user access and identity management to ensure security and compliance.
- Deliver end-user training and maintain system documentation.
- Contribute to system stabilization and continuous improvement in collaboration with business users.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Qualifikationen
- Basic knowledge of programming (e.g., C#, TypeScript, Node.js) and database concepts is a plus.
- Understanding of operating systems and standard office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Erfahrung
- First professional experience or strong interest in OT systems, IoT, or factory automation.
