  • Job Zusammenfassung

    In dieser Position sicherst und verbesserst du die Produktqualität während des gesamten Lebenszyklus, indem du Entwicklungsprozesse überwachst und Qualitätsprobleme lösest, einschließlich der Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und der Durchführung von Audits.

    Deine Rolle im Team

    • Ensure and continuously improve product quality throughout the complete product lifecycle.
    • Support and monitor hardware and software development activities in accordance with TTTECH’s processes and quality standards.
    • Manage quality assurance and quality control activities at supplier interfaces, including PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
    • Lead the timely and effective resolution of product quality issues during development as well as in RMA (Return Material Authorization) cases.
    • Coordinate the resolution of quality issues across the entire supply chain, working closely with customers, suppliers, and sub-suppliers.
    • Plan, conduct, and support customer and supplier audits.
    • Facilitate root cause analyses and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
    • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement of products, processes, and quality standards.

    Ausbildung

    • University degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

    Qualifikationen

    • Strong knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, and product assurance methodologies.
    • Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented working style.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive topics forward without direct authority.
    • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.

    Erfahrung

    • Several years of professional experience in the development and manufacturing of electronic systems and hardware-related software in industries with high quality requirements (e.g. automotive, aerospace, or medical devices).
    • Experience with supplier quality management, auditing, and PPAP is an advantage.

    • Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
