- Do you want to work with a modern tech stack on scalable products used worldwide? At UBIMET, you will build applications that transform complex meteorological and geospatial data into powerful, user-friendly web and mobile solutions - with real impact on industries, society, and climate resilience.
- As a leading provider of weather and climate data, UBIMET develops highly accurate, data-driven solutions for companies worldwide. In the energy sector in particular, our solutions enable well-informed decision-making in an increasingly complex and climate-relevant environment.
- Hands-on development: You contribute to building modern applications and services using technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Work on scalable systems: Together with your team, you design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable services for a global user base.
- Turn data into products: You help transform complex meteorological and geospatial datasets into high-quality, intuitive web and mobile applications.
- Modernize existing systems: You support the transition from legacy PHP-based applications to modern architectures and technologies.
- Develop your skills: You continuously expand your technical skillset and contribute ideas to improve performance, maintainability, and development processes.
- Ensure code quality: You follow best practices, contribute to code reviews, and help maintain high standards across the codebase.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Solid understanding of core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Basic to solid database knowledge, ideally PostgreSQL
- Broad technical interest and willingness to learn across the stack
- Very good English skills; German is a plus
Erfahrung
- 3-5 years of professional experience in software development
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Experience working in Linux environments
- Experience with geospatial data is a plus
