Deine Rolle im Team

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to frame NLP problems, identify relevant data, and design collection/annotation strategies.
Process large volumes of unstructured text through tokenization, normalization, and feature extraction.
Build and evaluate machine learning and deep learning NLP models, including transformers and sequence models.
Fine-tune pre-trained language models (e.g., Hugging Face), apply prompt engineering, and integrate LLMs into real-world use cases.
Run experiments, optimize performance, and validate models using NLP metrics like F1-score, ROUGE, or perplexity.
Extract meaningful insights from text data and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Work closely with engineers to bring NLP solutions into production—ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Keep up with the latest research in NLP and contribute to driving innovation within the team.

Unsere Erwartungen an dich

Ausbildung

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field.

Qualifikationen

Solid understanding of NLP methods and best practices.
Strong Python skills and familiarity with libraries like Hugging Face, SpaCy, NLTK, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Knowledge of deep learning architectures (Transformers, RNNs, LSTMs, etc.).
Comfortable working with SQL/NoSQL databases and large-scale data.
Clear communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Erfahrung

3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on NLP.
Experience with preprocessing and analyzing large text datasets.
Strong statistical background and experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
