Deine Rolle im Team

Lead business-owned data and AI initiatives that fundamentally enhance how we plan, produce, serve customers, and make decisions.
Identify high-value opportunities where analytics, automation, and AI can unlock step-change improvements in business performance.
Build analytics adoption and literacy across the organisation by making data-driven innovation understandable, practical, and actionable.
Establish a culture of experimentation, enabling teams to test, learn, and innovate safely and effectively.
Translate business needs into scalable solutions, working hand-in-hand with IT/Digital Solutions to ensure robust, secure, and compliant implementation.
Develop and lead a team of six, nurturing capabilities, strengthening collaboration, and building future-ready talent.

Erfahrung

Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in data strategy, analytics, process innovation, or digital transformation -- with clear evidence of business impact.
Leadership experience in developing high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.
