    In dieser Position gewährleistest du technischen Support für Endnutzer im SAP-Service, bearbeitest Störmeldungen und Serviceanfragen und pflegst ERP-Daten für HRM, Reisen und Finanzen. Du koordinierst auch die Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern.

    Deine Rolle im Team

    • Under the supervision of the IT Service Desk Team Lead, and the overall guidance of the Chief of COR/DIT, the SAP Service Desk Assistant will be primarily responsible for providing technical support to end-users both at Headquarters and in the Field.
    • Act as point of contact for responding, resolving, escalating and tracking all incidents and service requests received by the UNDO IT Service desk.
    • Provide support in ERP related requests and incidents mainly in HRM, Travel and Finance modules.
    • Maintain various ERP common maintenance tables (CMT) and other systems master data.
    • Provide IT Support for the ongoing operations of various UNIDO application systems.
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of ITS SOPs, Work Instructions as well as work related documents.
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of IT systems user guides, manuals and FAQs.
    • Act as the focal point between IT and the stakeholders such as requirements gathering, communicating implementation plans and coordinating the testing.
    • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

    Unsere Erwartungen an dich

    Ausbildung

    • Completed higher secondary education, high school diploma or equivalent is required.

    Qualifikationen

    • Formal training or certification in IT, Service Desk Administration or any relevant field is desirable.
    • Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management is an asset.
    • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
    • Fluency and/or working knowledge of another official UN language, is desirable.

    Erfahrung

    • Minimum of three (3) years of working experience in the area of IT Service desk or IT support is required.
    • Experience in providing user support and technical assistance for SAP system is required.
    • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as TopDesk, Jira, Open Source Ticket Request System (OTRS), ServiceNow, etc., is required.
    • Experience in Account Management in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange is an asset.
    • Any relevant working experience, preferably within the UN system or in a multicultural environment is desirable.
