- Product management to innovate workflows and medical documentation with clinical content.
- Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy.
- Communication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBU’s.
- Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams, including leading business analyst.
- Functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentation.
- Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs.
- Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services, and management.
- Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Motivate, guide, and support your peers throughout the organization.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- University degree in Medical Informatics, Medical Science or Engineering, equivalent program or an equivalent combination of training and experience (e.g. physician with additional studies in Medical Informatics).
Qualifikationen
- Market knowledge in healthcare IT.
- Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers.
- Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum).
- Strong business acumen and a motivated team player.
- Comprehensive Orbis knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, French is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in German and English.
- Strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-management skills and self-starter attitude.
Erfahrung
- 2 to 5 years expertise in software industry in Product Management, R&D, Service or Customer support.
