- Coaching and supporting IT projects in interdisciplinary teams.
- Promoting an agile mindset, methodological competence, and self-organization.
- Supporting the introduction and continuous development of agile processes and tools.
- Facilitating meetings, workshops, and retrospectives.
- Working closely with project managers and leadership to effectively bridge agile and traditional approaches.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Project Management or a comparable qualification, along with several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.
Qualifikationen
- Strong affinity for agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to bridge classical project management and agile practices.
- Fluent English skills, German proficiency is beneficial.
Erfahrung
- Experience in guiding teams through transformation processes.
