- Do you want to help shape the future of our enterprise platforms? As a System Administrator (m/f/d) - Enterprise Content Management, you will manage our ECM systems, develop smart automations, work with APIs, scripting, and databases, and explore new possibilities with AI technologies.
- Operation (patching and system updates) and monitoring of various ECM systems (Windows & Linux), as well as conducting root cause analysis in 2nd-level support (no 1st-level support).
- Maintenance of interfaces, automations, and integrations (e.g. REST APIs, scripting - including Groovy, Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Working with relational databases and further developing expertise in PostgreSQL and MS SQL.
- Creation and maintenance of specifications, system documentation, and operational guidelines in accordance with ITSM standards (ITIL).

Ausbildung
- Completed IT education (e.g., HTL, University of Applied Sciences, Technical University) or equivalent several years of professional experience in system administration or platform operations.
Qualifikationen
- Strong technical affinity and in-depth understanding of system landscapes, interfaces, automations, and hybrid technologies (on-prem and cloud).
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, along with a strong willingness for continuous professional development.
- Openness to new technologies and AI-assisted ways of working.
