- As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define analytical questions, and translate them into actionable insights.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities that drive strategic and operational impact.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure access to clean, reliable, and well-modeled data.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Google BigQuery, dbt, Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel, and Airtable.
- Present insights clearly and compellingly through storytelling and visualization, helping stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Support the continuous improvement of data quality, metric definitions, and governance across the company.
- Drive process efficiency by recommending improvements to data workflows, analysis processes, and tools.

Ausbildung
- You hold a degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar).
Qualifikationen
- You possess strong analytical thinking and can turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
- You are passionate about building scalable, reliable, and impactful analytical solutions that drive measurable business value.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Erfahrung
- You have 5+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a fast-paced digital or consumer environment.
- You are proficient in SQL and experienced with data visualization and transformation tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, and dbt.
