Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Software Support Engineer you provide timely support to international customers and Key Users of the MIC Global Trade Management (GTM) - Suite, analyze source code, and document knowledge in our knowledge base to keep the software running.
- Support our international customers and Key Users in the application of our software products and ensure that solutions are rolled out in a timely manner (2nd level support).
- Answer technical and functional inquiries from customers regarding MIC GTM-Suite.
- Analyze of the source code of the MIC GTM-Suite (Java, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL).
- Document knowledge (technical notes and articles).

Ausbildung
- Computer science education (HTL, FH, Uni) with some years of relevant work experience.
Qualifikationen
- Good knowledge in JAVA, SQL and relational DB.
- Very good English and German(spoken & written).
- Service orientation and good communication skills.
- Independent and structured way of working.
Unser Angebot
- We are legally obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 46.000,- gross per year (full-time employment).
- We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
