Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position definierst und implementierst du Standards für die Datenkatalogisierung und -gouvernance, unterstützt das Team bei der Datenqualität und förderst eine datengestützte Unternehmenskultur.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Define and implement group-wide standards for data cataloguing, metadata management, and data governance policies.
- Support teams in populating the data catalogue and ensure alignment/interoperability across entities.
- Develop and operationalize a Data Quality Management framework: define rules, KPIs, reporting, and support remediation of critical issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls; embed data-driven culture and strengthen data ownership.
- Act as a trusted partner to business and data leaders; facilitate cross-entity collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Support rollout of governance initiatives, training, and communications.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent experience.
Qualifikationen
- Expertise in Data Cataloguing, Data Quality, Standards & Policy Development, or Business Data Engagement.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to translate technical concepts into business value.
Erfahrung
- 5+ years in Data Governance, Data Management, or related fields.
- Understanding of data management principles (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK); experience in large, decentralized organizations.
- Preferred: DAMA certification (CDMP), experience with enterprise data management tools (ERWIN, Ataccama), knowledge of Regulations.
Unser Angebot
- Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,556.03 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week).
- Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant.
- It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
- This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
