Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Rolle unterstützt du Mitarbeiter und Dozenten bei Fragen zu KI-Tools, entwickelst Schulungsmaterialien und führst Workshops durch, während du die Implementierung und Nutzung von KI an der Universität förderst.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Serve as the first point of contact for staff and faculty AI tool queries, onboarding, and day-to-day support.
- Support the rollout and adoption of AI tools and workflows across University operations.
- Create practical guidance, documentation, and training materials that make AI accessible to everyone.
- Design and deliver training sessions and workshops on AI tools and responsible use practices.
- Help build and nurture an internal community of AI champions across departments.
- Monitor the institutional AI platform, log issues, and escalate technical problems to the AI Workflow Engineer.
- Gather user feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of AI services.
- Support adherence to CEU's AI governance standards and responsible use policies.

Qualifikationen
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools in a professional or academic context.
- Strong communication skills - ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently to a non-technical audience.
- People-first mindset with a genuine interest in helping others build confidence with new technology.
- Proactive and self-directed; comfortable identifying problems before they escalate and taking initiative.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German or Hungarian is an advantage.
Erfahrung
- 1-2 years of experience in a technology support, digital adoption, training, or IT helpdesk role.
