In dieser Rolle überwachst du technische ORBIS-Installationen, koordinierst mit Update-Partnern, analysierst Herausforderungen und findest pragmatische Lösungen, um die Installation erfolgreich abzuschließen.
Deine Rolle im Team
- You will oversee technical ORBIS installations with care and expertise — from preparation through successful commissioning to the required follow-up activities.
- In this role, you act as the central contact person for our update partners (customers).
- You serve as an interface between our company and our update partners, representing their requirements equally.
- You are responsible for monitoring feedback from update partners, ensuring compliance with agreed response times and completion of assigned tasks.
- In coordination with the relevant departments, you will define the update steps for the installation of our ORBIS releases.
- You conduct regular coordination meetings with all update partners.
- To fulfill your responsibilities, you will work closely with management, project & release managers, sales, support, and development teams.
- You bring a high level of resilience and remain calm even in stressful situations.
- You are willing to work outside of regular business hours — because sometimes our customers need your support exactly the.
- Customer orientation is part of your DNA: you think proactively, act solution-oriented, and always aim to find the best outcome for our customers.
- If problems occur during installation, you are on hand — analyzing, supporting, and finding pragmatic solutions.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Completed vocational training or relevant professional experience in an IT environment or Bachelor's degree in (Medical) Informatics or Computer Engineering or studies in healthcare with an IT focus.
Qualifikationen
- Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure projects.
- Excellent German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2 level).
- Service-oriented, responsible, assertive, and communicative.
- Business-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
- High level of organizational and negotiation skills combined with initiative, commitment, and the ability to work independently within a team.
- Strong analytical abilities and a structured, goal-oriented approach to tasks.
- You don’t settle for standard solutions — you question critically and think beyond conventional boundaries.
- Knowledge of French is an advantage.
Erfahrung
- 3+ years of experience in the rollout or operation of complex IT systems, ideally in healthcare IT or clinical environments (e.g., hospital information systems, radiology or laboratory systems).
