Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to technically guide and mentor engineers. Ability to drive complex technical projects to success.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with an ability to work effectively across global teams.

Erfahrung

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related (or Bachelor's with extensive relevant experience).
• 8-10+ years in EM simulation methodology, and design flow development.
• Experience with Package and Chip-Package-Board design & simulation.
• Strong proficiency with 3D Electromagnetic simulation software from Ansys, Cadence tools is essential. Experience with Keysight ADS, Comsol or similar is a plus.
• Solid Scripting skills (Python, Tcl, etc.) for automation and a strong understanding or experience in applying AI/ML to EDA/design. Experience in Unix (scripting) environment is a plus.
• Hands-on practical experience in electrical/electromagnetic, thermal, and multiphysics simulation. Experience with one or more of the following is desired: System-in-Package, Heterogeneous Integration, Chiplets, 3D-IC, or similar.
