- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and relationships within the data.
- Use statistical techniques and data visualization to derive meaningful insights and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Support Business and Product Teams in formulating & testing business hypotheses to evaluate the impact of product changes or pricing strategies.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to business teams and executives.
- Gather data from various sources such as databases, APIs, and external systems.
- Clean, validate, and pre-process the data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Effectively communicate complex data concepts, findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or other related fields.
Qualifikationen
- Demonstrated written and verbal presentation skills to present insights and compelling recommendations to a diverse and often senior audience.
- Flexibility to wear multiple hats and switch gears quickly (e.g., from strategy to insights to tactical operations).
- You can break through organizational boundaries and are persistent in navigating through a complex environment without losing focus.
Erfahrung
- 5+ years of relevant Business or Data Analyst experience in High Tech or Software organizations.
- Strong SQL experience and good experience in at least one high-level language.
- Strong experience in data visualization using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
