Deine Rolle im Team
- Dynatrace is seeking to add an Intern to its Employee Digital Enablement team to address its growing need to enable flawless and secure digital interactions for Dynatrace customers.
- As an Employee Digital Enablement Intern, your work will help create a world where software works perfectly.
- In joining the Digital Employee Enablement team, you will experience various elements involving hardware, software, and people.
- These elements may include:
- Setting up and maintaining standard hardware.
- Building and setting up employee workstations, including monitors, keyboards, docking stations, and related peripherals.
- Installing and troubleshooting standard software.
- Maintaining Asset Inventory.
- Working with current operating systems from Microsoft and Apple.
- Creating and administrating Active Directory user accounts and workstations.
- Assisting with Audio and Visual conference rooms.
- Learning service level aptitudes.
- Developing communication skills.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Enrolled in a IT related University degree.
Qualifikationen
- Interested into technology and hands on tasks.
- Local to Linz and able to come to the office 5 days a week.
- Familiar with one or more of the following technologies: MAC OS, Windows OS, Microsoft 365.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good german skills.
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
- Availability in October is required.
Unser Angebot
- We offer a monthly gross salary of €2,139 for HTL students and €2,632 for University and FH students.
