Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Scrum Master, you will coach, develop, and support one or more PALDIAG development teams.
- Support development teams through the correct application of agile methods and tools to harness the full power of agility in product development.
- Promote self-organized work within teams.
- Identify internal and cross-team conflicts and actively moderate them.
- Support team members in removing obstacles themselves.
- Improve the organization's agile processes together with your Scrum Master colleagues.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Completed university degree (preferably with an IT focus).
Qualifikationen
- High level of coordination skills, assertiveness, and a solution- and success-oriented approach to understanding complex issues and interrelationships.
- Fluent German and English.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10%).
Erfahrung
- In-depth knowledge of agile methods and tools acquired through several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or Project Manager.
