Deine Rolle im Team
- The Associate M365 Platform Specialist supports the governance, operation, and continuous improvement of selected Microsoft 365 workloads, including the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio), Power BI, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online.
- Working under the guidance of senior specialists, the role contributes to the effective use of these services to enhance productivity and support business needs.
- Assist in applying governance policies and procedures for Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Perform basic operational tasks and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
- Support the development and maintenance of Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, and SharePoint solutions under supervision.
- Provide user support and contribute to training and onboarding activities.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance of new features and updates.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to solution enhancements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's Degree - University degree in Software Engineering or a related field (such as information management, electronic engineering, or computer science).
Qualifikationen
- Knowledge of ITIL processes as well as the best practice of Project Management such as Prince2 is desirable.
- Excellent oral and written command of English.
- Knowledge of other official IAEA languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) is an asset.
Erfahrung
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in the IT domains indicated above especially in connection of Microsoft 365 Platform and environment.
