- Build and maintain the data infrastructure supporting the business.
- Develop, test, and optimize Python-based data applications, frameworks, and services.
- Design reliable pipelines to collect, process, store, and distribute large datasets.
- Improve data platforms, libraries, and internal frameworks to increase team efficiency.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility across the organization.
- Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and production support.
- Take ownership of solutions from idea to implementation.

Qualifikationen
- Strong programming skills in Python, especially in a data engineering context.
- Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to independently solve complex technical problems.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a highly autonomous environment.
- Fluent in English and German.
Erfahrung
- 2-3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, and data applications.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL/PostgreSQL) and experience with NoSQL databases.
- Experience designing reliable, maintainable software solutions with a strong engineering mindset.
- Experience with tools like Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration frameworks is a plus.
