Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position leitest du die Auswahl und Implementierung einer neuen eQMS-Plattform. Dabei verantwortlich für Projektmanagement, Stakeholder-Koordination und umfassende digitale Transformationsmaßnahmen.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead the selection and implementation of a new eQMS platform.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and risks.
- Coordinate stakeholders across Quality, IT and business functions.
- Drive governance, decision-making and project execution.
- Oversee validation, training, data migration and user adoption activities.
- Ensure successful project delivery and operational handover.
- Identify further digital transformation opportunities across the organization.
- Translate business requirements into sustainable digital solutions.
- Support change management and digital adoption initiatives.

Ausbildung
- University degree in Life Sciences, IT, Business Administration or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Proven track record delivering complex digital implementation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of GxP and computer system validation is an advantage.
- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style.
- Fluent in English.
Erfahrung
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, consulting or business partnering.
- Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare or medical devices.
- Experience with eQMS solutions such as Veeva, MasterControl or TrackWise is a plus.

- Gross annual salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR 45.080,- based on full-time employment (38,5h/week). Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
