- Lead, coach, and develop a team of application specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Drive the implementation of business and operational requirements within PALFINGER release cycles in close collaboration with the Process & Data Organization (PDO).
- Continuously optimize operational processes, application services, and cross-functional collaboration across business and IT functions.
- Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring effective governance, service quality, and budget compliance.
- Contribute to the strategic development of PALFINGER's SAP Operations landscape by driving innovation, standardization, and process improvements.

Ausbildung
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification combined with relevant professional experience.
Qualifikationen
- Solid knowledge of SAP logistics modules such as MM, PP, WM/EWM, or related operations-focused solutions.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Erfahrung
- Several years of experience in SAP application management, SAP Operations, or a comparable IT environment, including initial leadership or project management experience.
