Deine Rolle im Team
As a Senior IT Customer Success Manager, you will support our customers in the UK and English-speaking countries holistically, from onboarding, through technical consulting, to long-term support. You will act as a project manager, technical sparring partner, and strategic customer advisor.
You ensure that our customers derive maximum value from our solutions and work successfully with Kinnovis in the long term. You will independently manage multiple customer projects while also leveraging your experience to continuously improve our processes.
Onboarding New Customers
- Independently conducting onboarding – from setup and configuration to go-live
- Training users and imparting a deep understanding of our platform
Project Management
- Managing multiple implementation or rollout projects simultaneously Responsible for timelines, milestones, and clear communication with all stakeholders
- Supporting technical configurations, data migrations, or interfaces
Relationship Management & Communication
- Building and maintaining trusting, long-term customer relationships specifically in the UK and English-speaking markets
- Proactively finding solutions to challenges
- Structured communication in all directions: customers, internal team, external partners
Customer Success & Support
- Providing long-term support to our customers – proactive, solution-oriented, and reliable
- Identifying opportunities for expansion and continuously enhancing value for our customers
- Acting as a point of contact for technical questions, coordinating with the tech team on complex issues

Qualifikationen
- Strong customer orientation, organizational talent, and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Very good knowledge of Excel (data preparation or migration) as well as familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Hubspot, Miro, Office365
- Technical understanding of software solutions and data structures
- Proficient in English at C2 level and ideally in German (C2)
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of scripting or automation
- Experience with accounting-related processes or ERP systems
- Knowledge of the self-storage environment or SaaS sector
- Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, French)
Erfahrung
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, IT project management, or technical customer support – ideally in a SaaS environment
- Experience in agile project management
