Deine Rolle im Team
- Act as a scrum master in the cross-functional Athena team, consisting of RBI HO, RBRO and RBHU.
- Coordinate and organize the communication, collaborate across hierarchies with teams in head office and RBI Networkbanks in CEE.
- Develop and improve concepts around cross-functional and cross-border innovation and delivery.
- Focus on team health, work on impediments and help people to grow within the team.
- Support and coach the Product Owner(s) in planning and prioritizing demands in the central data backlog.
- Work in a highly motivated, agile team with excellent team spirit.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Sound knowledge of Jira, Confluence.
- Enable the teams with an analytical, result-oriented and structured way of working.
- Fluent in English to be able to communicate with the network units in the CEE region.
Erfahrung
- Work experience as Scrum Master or project manager in large environments.
- Experience with SCRUM or other agile methods in corporate set ups.
