- Lead, coach and further grow selected engineering teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Identify talent and provide career guidance and mentor team captains.
- Strongly collaborate with the responsible Team Captains, provide mentoring and coaching.
- Oversee the performance, alignment, and career development of your teams, including promotions and compensation planning.
- Collaborate closely with teams from other departments to ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
- Drive organizational change initiatives and support growth planning, hiring, and team scaling.
- Actively contribute to delivery planning, ensuring team goals align with company strategy.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and team health, implementing improvements based on feedback and metrics.
- Partner with Directors of Software Development to step into greater responsibilities over time.

Erfahrung
- 3+ years of experience in leading software development teams; preferably focused on cloud and SaaS products.
- Experience breaking down high-level strategies into actionable plans for your teams.
